PeerSprint is an AI-powered productivity coaching tool for individuals. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using PeerSprint, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
PeerSprint offers a Free plan and a Pro plan at $12 USD per month. Features available on each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection on our behalf. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by PeerSprint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
PeerSprint uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate daily plans and coaching observations. AI outputs are for productivity guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerSprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
