Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

All PeerSprint purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, billing disputes, tax collection, and refund requests on our behalf.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PeerSprint Pro for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This period also satisfies the EU/UK statutory 14-day cooling-off right for digital subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

  1. Email us at hello@peersprint.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days

After 14 Days

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window except where required by applicable law. Monthly subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for partial months.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day window.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks that are filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
