Privacy Policy

PeerSprint ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account data

Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). Optionally: focus window hours and nudge preferences you configure.

Usage data

Focus sessions (start/end time, duration, source), tasks you enter for AI planning, daily plans generated, focus scores, and drift events (domain visited during a session if the Chrome extension is installed).

Payment data

We do not store payment card details. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy LLC. We receive only a customer reference ID and subscription status.

Technical data

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). These are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Service
To generate AI-powered daily plans and coaching observations (via Anthropic's Claude)
To calculate your focus score and detect procrastination patterns
To process payments and manage your subscription (via Lemon Squeezy)
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
To respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following sub-processors:

Supabase — database and authentication. Data stored in EU region. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
Anthropic — AI plan generation. Your task titles and focus preferences are sent to Anthropic's API to generate plans. See Anthropic Privacy Policy.
Lemon Squeezy LLC — payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record). See Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.
Vercel — web application hosting.
Railway — API hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Focus session data and daily plans are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
